Life is a series of transitions. Navigating them is both a skill, and an art. It can be an adventure, but it doesn't have to be an ordeal.

Together we'll take leaps of imagination, ask open questions, respond to challenging ideas, enjoy humorous asides, lean into formal coaching, and wrap our minds around psychometric models.

Whatever helps you remember who you are, and move forward.

I bring to the table over 20 years of professional experience working in multiple sectors of the creative and media industries, 10 years of running creative businesses at the sharp end of finance, strategy and day to day operations, 5 years as a board director, and more than 3 years practice in coaching, mentoring and consulting.

Through the course of my career I have moved from being a shy, introverted writer, through being a producer and project manager of large teams, and onwards to running an entire organisation.

As a professional leader, I have years of coaching under my belt, but I’m also in the process of completing the ICF accredited Animas diploma through formal coaching practice. Elsewhere, I've studied psychology, philosophy, literature, film, teaching, and business.

My heroes in the coaching and personal development space are Tony Robbins, Sam Harris, Jordan Peterson, Tim Ferriss and Susan David.

For me the greatest privilege is being there at the moment a person, a team or an organisation exceeds pre-existing beliefs about limitations, and moves toward their true potential.

I love to see people and businesses overcome adversity and thrive.

And while I'm compassionate, and considerate, I'm also reasonably forthcoming.
